Equity is innovation.

Welcome to the Equity Resource Hub

The Equity Resource Hub was created as a resource to help teams incorporate an equity lens into their processes, projects and solutions. This will create more inclusive and equitable experiences that elicit a sense of belonging from all current and potential users, reflecting their unique needs, motivations, and experiences.

Within this hub, you'll find a compilation of materials and resources, including the inclusive persona and equity lens materials created by TD Lab. These are curated resources, terms, templates, personas, and processes openly available for you to use as you begin to incorporate Inclusive Design practices into your solutioning. There will be periodic reviews of the content found here to ensure that the information remains up to date. If you have any suggestions or feedback, please email the Equity in Innovation team at td.equityresourcehub@td.com.
