Use and redistribution of the Equity Resource Hub are permitted for the purposes of testing, adopting and promoting equity in tech, provided that: 

• The Equity Resource Hub is attributed to TD.

• The above attribution statement and copyright notice are included in all redistributions of resources found on the Equity Resource Hub or portions thereof.

• Any modifications to the Equity Resource Hub, redistributions or portions thereof are shared promptly with TD by submitting them to [TD.EquityResourceHub@td.com]. You agree that any such modifications or other feedback received by TD may be incorporated into the Equity Resource Hub and used without restriction, payment, or otherwise accounting to you in any way by TD and other users of the Equity Resource Hub.

• TD prior written approval must be obtained for any media or public statements or marketing campaigns referring to or using the Equity Resource Hub or its contents. Requests for approval should be submitted to TD.EquityResourceHub@td.com

• The Equity Resource Hub may be modified at any time by TD. 

• No trademark rights are licensed or otherwise affected by this document. For clarity, you many not use TD trademarks, logos or other indicia without TD’s prior written approval

The Equity Resource Hub is provided on as is basis without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and noninfringement. In no event shall the authors, contributors or copyright holders be liable for any claim, damages or other liability, whether in an action of contract, tort or otherwise, arising from, out of or in connection with the Equity Resource Hub or the use or redistribution thereof.
